He is a seasoned and result oriented professional having experience of more than 12 years in Financial Services sector, Entrepreneurship, Sales & Marketing and Insurance. Before co-founding SEEDS, he has worked with Satya Microcapital Limited as the Head of the Operations. Prior to that, he was with SV Credit Line Pvt Ltd as Senior Vice President- Operations. He has also worked with Satin Creditcare Network Limited, Kashvi Group, SKS Microfinance Limited and Jindal Stainless Steel Limited in various roles. He has been also a part of projects undertaken by RICEM, DSP Merrill Lynch, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and Hindalco Industry Ltd.

Mr. Avishek Sarkar Co-Founder & Chief Risk Officer (CRO) A Postgraduate in Business Administration from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar, Avishek has more than 12 years of experience spread across business planning, analytics, consulting, credit underwriting, rating, audit and risk management. In the previous stint, he was heading the Credit Department of Satya Microcapital Limited. Earlier, he has also worked as AVP-Operations at Satin Creditcare Network Limited and Onicra Credit Rating Agency of India Limited where he headed the rating team of VAR (Vendor & Associate Rating) division. During his tenure at Onicra he was involved in new product development, conducting Techno-Economic Valuation (TEV) studies and ratings. Beginning his career with Prime M2i Consulting Limited where he was involved in Diagnostic assessment, Portfolio Audit, Training and consulting assignments, he also had a stint with Micro Credit Ratings International Limited (M-CRIL) where he worked as a Rating Analyst.

As Executive Director at Seeds Fincap Pvt Ltd., Sudhindra Sharma is responsible for spearheading company’s financial management, business leadership, corporate strategy, investor relations. His strategic thinking & professional know how has enabled Seeds map out a stimulated, dynamic, differentiated growth trajectory. His proficient experience of more than 20 years entails prowess in Financial Strategy & Planning, Fund Raising through multiple products like Equity, Pref. Shares, Term Loans, NCD, ECB, Commercial Papers & Securitization, Fund Management, Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis supplemented with Design & Implementation of Management Information Systems. Possessing a knack for developing financial models & profit plans, Sudhindra has an eye for detail in managing compliances to variegated laws in a corporate domain. Sudhindra is an esteemed Chartered Accountant by profession. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi. His ardent passion for honing copious skills in the field of business management has made him attain substantial certifications in Assets Liability Management, Non-Conventional Ways of Raising Funds for NBFCs, Securitization, Credit & INCOTERMS 2010, and Effective Negotiation. Prior to joining Seeds, Sudhindra spent over 4.5 years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SATYA MicroCapital Limited. During his tenure, Sudhindra played an indispensable role in building the finance business support capabilities augmented with outstanding financial planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills. In his previous stint, he was associated with Intec capital Limited as CFO. Earlier in his career, Sudhindra held senior level & management positions in manufacturing, service, & banking sector.

Mr. Sumeet Dhall is a Chartered Accountant by profession, Sumeet holds a degree in commerce from Delhi University. After a successful stint of career spread over 7 years with Royal Sundaram as Operations & Finance Manager. He worked with Satya MicroCapital Limited, a NBFC-MFI since its inception for 4 Years as Head-Accounts before joining Seeds Fincap Private Limited. At Seeds, he brings along his more than 20 years long experience of entrepreneurial and Financial Management Skills.

Mr. Gambheer is an MBA from Jaipur National University. has more than 14 years of experience in Financial Sector. He has a versatile experience in Microfinance, Personal Loans, Mortgage Loans, Business Loans, Retail Agri Loans, Agri SME and Individuals Loans.

Mr. Ashutosh Mishra holds dual degree in both MBA & Master of Commerce in Finance. He has over 13+ years of experience in financial services with various Origination, specializing in Business Operations and intelligence, Organization Effectiveness, Strategy, Audit & risk management, and Executive Coaching. Starting his carrier as a Divisional Internal Auditor in Satin Creditcare Network Limited, he gradually grew up the ladder to become the Zonal Manager-Operations where he was spearheading the State of Punjab and Haryana and was responsible for Rs.600 Cr. portfolio. His last stint was with Satya MicroCapital Limited where he was designated as VP-Operations.

Ms. Swati Sinha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Banking & Financial Services from Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi, and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Holy Cross Women’s College, Ambikapur. She has over 12 years of excellent track record in managing Credit, Risk, Risk Analytics & Sales in Financial Services sector. She worked with Satya MicroCapital Limited, a NBFC-MFI since its inception for approx 5 Years as Dy. Vice President-Credit before joining Seeds Fincap Private Limited. Prior to that, she has also worked with Janalakshmi Financial Services Pvt Ltd and Satin Creditcare Network Limited in various roles.

Mr. Prem Kumar Yadav hold a MBA degree. He has a rich experience of 12 years in Credit, Risk and Audit.
